The staff are knowledgeable, nice, and efficient. They wipe down the counter after each transaction and insist on proper social distancing. It feels pleasantly busy and upbeat in their store.

I've been to this place a total of 5 times, and two times I've been called and told that a film roll of mine has come out completely blank because of an error they made. Both times my B&W negatives were accidentally processed with color processor and ruined. Very unprofessional and I am very disappointed. They compensate with a free roll development but understand I dont want that, i lost precious memories with that roll lost and I cant get that back. Fix your #!.
