We absolutely love our front door. When we first moved in, it had previously been installed by the previous owner but this was one of the selling points of our current place. It’s sturdy and classy. Due to wear and tear after several years, one of the glass panels randomly shattered. I immediately went onto Home Depot’s website and noticed that it came with a lifetime warranty. We called the manufacturer, which so happened to be local. They were very responsive and prompt about coming to fix it. They were professional, repaired the glass on the spot and installed it right away. They even cleaned up where they had repaired the glass in case any had shattered! Absolutely would recommend them and repurchase that door a million times over!

Bought a door from then years ago, it’s beautiful entrance and centerpiece to the home, glass panels open up to fresh air, had a couple locks for windows came loose and I called them ans they replaced them instantly. No questions asked ... amazing customer service and help. They went above and beyond.. well don’t Milan!

I had a wonderful experience with Andy here. The price was great and Andy made sure the installation went smoothly. I got some wrought iron double doors with glass for our front door. We were able to pick out the color and finish of the door and glass, and add our own personal touch to the door itself. The actual installation was must faster than I was expecting and the guys were very careful with my floor/entry area (which I had been worried about). Just couldn't be happier!
We've been working with Milan for a few months now. We started by getting a new fence put in, but ended up also replacing our back door and garage door because we were able to get a really good deal and are able to save on energy costs. Mike and Andy have been great! We have a lot of activity at our house with kiddos and dogs and just general chaos and the Milan guys aren't bothered a bit. I think we're done remodeling now, but if I DO need anything in the future I will certainly go back to Milan.
This is has no idea what his doing. It has been over a month my doors have arrived and he cant find a installer. Everyone he sends just complain about him and say he does not pay for the labor. Be aware this guy is fraud, this will go to lawsuit.
