We are moving and I talked with Teresa to discontinue our service today. She was very pleasant and efficient. Not sure who folks in other reviews have talked to and frankly it could be them more than the utility rep being the issue.

We have dealt with many utility companies in 3 different states. The customer service person at the front desk was rude and nasty. If I could have given her a negative score I would. Why she still has a job is beyond me.
Would give negative stars if possible. Not sure who manages this place but no way would any of their employees work for me. Worst customer service ever. Sad that they have a racket out here and there are no other options. They would be bankrupt!
Clearly there is no pride in servicing their customers based on all the poor reviews. This company can charge and do whatever they want since we all need water service! This company charges 100 just to do a name change on a property. I could understand this charge if they have to send a Tech out to turn off the water and then again to turn it back on. Then there is a clear physical service required. If a tenant moves out and you need service in your name for a couple of weeks until the next tenant moves in, THEY CHARGE 100 JUST TO CHANGE A NAME IN THEIR BILLING SYSTEM! No credit check done since I am an existing customer on another property. I can only imagine the incredible amount of money they rake in by gouging their customers with this fee. Excess fees charged for no clear service or extensive actions required. Criminal!
Worst utility company I’ve ever dealt with. Almost monthly our water goes out, have been overcharged, double charged, and if you miss a payment by an hour they’ll shut you off and charge an exorbitant reconnect fee despite the fact that they never seem to be around to collect payments (their online payment system is also dysfunctional).
