The food is great, Prepared as requested. Served in a timely manner. My server was cheerful and left me with the impression they enjoyed there job. The Boss was friendly yet led me to believe he took his restaurant and my dinning experience one I would enjoy returning too. However the only downside is the condition of the siding on its exterior. It's condition is in dyer need of restraining and conditioning. That issue should be addressed as soon as possible. Spring is upon us, a good time to get started.

Took us 5 years to return after last visit. Things have improved since then, but compared to Livingston and Billings Rib and Chop this one is struggling. My wife said it seems like corporate forgot about this store. Fried green tomatoes were yellow and mushy, burger was over cooked (well done instead of medium), bun was stale, fries slightly soggy. Overall still a good meal, quality of ingredients and preparation instructions seem superior to other restaurants so even when things aren't as expected they are still better than you would get at another restaurant that skimps on quality ingredients. Servers were both busy but very friendly and attentive. Service was good, meal was good, I've just been spoiled by the 5 star expectations set by the Billings and Livingston stores. It seems like most of the issues at this store could be fixed by a greater volume of customers coming through the door. Ingredients would be fresher, cooks would have more practice, and you could afford the staff to make sure everybody is taken care of. Thanks and I wish you the best turning this place around.

I seldom cannot over look a deficiency in a restaurant. That being said, I never enjoy being forced to order something other than what I want. This due to the oversight of the establishment. When I order Cedar Plank Salmon only to be informed at 7pm, they have no cedar planks. I would have to assume that either the kitchen staff or the management were busy doing things that had nothing to do with ensuring the satisfaction of the customer. I frequent this restaurant chain very often. It appears to be Losing the advantage it used to enjoy over the competition. So sad....

The Miles City Rib & Chop House was very accommodating to the Southern C District and Divisional Tournament teams and fans. Every thing they did to make the fans and teams welcome was beyond the call of duty. Excellent service, food, and facility. Thank You all for doing such a great job.

Leaving a review because the is the 2nd time we have been disappointed. Service is always friendly and fantastic here. Our complaint is with our main courses only. 1st time was when I ordered the Baseball Cut Steak, Medium Rare. I order this every time we visit this establishment and it comes out Perfect. This time it did not. It came out butterflied, well done, and very wet like it had been boiled.(no sear at all) I notify the server and she kindly takes it back. A bit later she brings back another steak,(whole, the way it should be)and it's sizzling so bad that I am getting splattered in the face and upper body by very hot butter when the plate is sitting on the table. Never had that happen anytime we were there before. The second time we had a problem was when my husband ordered the Lamb Chop, Medium Rare. (This was not the same evening as the Baseball Cut Steak incident) When the Lamb Chop arrived it was Not Seared, Well Done, and looked and tasted like it had been boiled. Notified the server and she kindly took it back to be replaced. When it was brought back it was perfectly done. Like I said, we have never had any problems here until our last 2 visits. Service, salads, and sides have always been fantastic. It just makes me wonder what has changed over the course of the last year or so, that the Meat Course is not being cooked at the same standard as before. I hope that it is remedied soon, so my husband and I can go back and enjoy our former, favorite place to eat on date night.

Beautiful place with great atmosphere. The food however was really disappointing. Me and my husband had two different cuts of steak and they were both dry and tasteless. We will not be back. We rather spend that kind of money were we can get good food.

This restaurant has amazing food and service. It would get 5 stars other than they need some noise dampening on the walls. It isn't a place for quite dining. The steaks, desserts, gumbo, ribs, same pretty much everything else on the menu is delicious.
