Please do not handle the business of divorce through this place. The people that you talk to in each department are very unprofessional. They are not nice people at all. There is no way to pay for any fees or anything else over the phone nor on their website. You have to mail payments to them which exposes the payments to courier errors. This only prolongs processes such as the issuance of a decree. I had a divorce case here, the final decree was due October 13, yet when I called in on the 19th, I was told that they will try to get one filed within the next two days and cannot file it until I pay the remaining court fees. I had to call multiple people in different departments to even find out what was going on. This place just excels at not being accurate and convenient. The magistrate and everyone else are ok to work with, but honestly, this place proves why software should replace the jobs of some humans.

Staff provides conflicting, and often incorrect, information and appear unknowledgeable when asked simple questions. Definitely demand a record of reference for any correspondence as they will refuse to admit fault.

No Line! I've only gone in here a couple times in the past, but I've never had to wait. The employees are courteous and take care of my issue quickly and easily. Calling ahead to know what you need to bring is helpful.
