Garage door spring broke rending door inoperable. Called east coast overhead door (their sticker was on the garage door that came with the house when I purchased my home) and they set up service within a week and got me back up and running. Excellent communication/service/experience from the moment I called them.

These guys have been servicing my overhead doors at our shop for years, always a great job. This week we had them install 2 doors at our home. They look great, and the updated door openers work awesome and incredibly quiet. Highly recommend. Staff is professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. Very reasonably priced as well.

Excellent service! Timely response, BUT 175 for a 15 minute service call to replace remote. (125 for service, 50 to replace remote). Unbelievable.
