In the last 4 months that I've been using this company I have received the worst customer service of my life. Constant attitude from the receptionists, condescension with every interaction, and most recently I received an unauthorized charge on my card. When I called to question the charge Tammy answered the call and I was met with hostility right off the bat. I won't be giving her the satisfaction of listing the disrespectful things she did and said to me, I'll just leave it to your imagination. I promptly disconnected the call and will be leaving their propane tank at the curb for them to collect at their leisure.

Will not use em gray and son again Tammy and Courtney are rude and they can come pick up their tank at the end of our driveway.. said our card was declined and it literally has a 7000 limit with zero balance but got attitude with my wife saying it’s her fault..
