This gym is clean and has an excellent assortment of equipment. Alex and Shala are very helpful and friendly. They make the experience pleasant instead of a chore. A little like the cheers of gyms. I recommend highly. Right next door is the best chiropractor in the city. He is why I started coming here.

I mean it’s ok but they can’t get the sit-up pad fixed has been out of commission. I think the maintenance of the equipment is sub standard

Yep sounds like I'm not alone. They would not let me get out of my 2 year contract.

The equipment is great. However, me and my husband could no longer use the gym so we go in December to cancel didn't work cuz it wasn't on there end so we go in again feburary to try and cancel it again and failed again. They l should be refunding us 106.72 for messing up on there end and only are giving us back 26.68. They are not honest people. Wouldn't suggest going there. Don't wanna get screwed over don't go here.

Had a slight issue with my 24hr access but the service here is exceptional and the staff fixed my issue next visit I had time for love the Mac and the environment everyone is positive and always willing to lend a hand spotting someone and the facility has everything you need to get your swole on and cool down after ...or warm up ahem sauna

Great place to work out and to swim to relax. Tanning beds are also very nice and help get rid of your "winter blues!" One of the best yoga teachers in the city-- come get in shape and have fun doing it.
