In short, I got a referral from a friend to call Peniel Environmental when there was a flood for a USMC Veteran, who had a flood in their Condo.I was working with Him to help get the Condo repaired, back up and running.This Company's performance was beyond Our expectations. They were not only prompt in their response for Our initial contact, they were also compassionate and very helpful in getting us through this very stressful time. Needless to say, having a water issue can be stressful and challenging in itself. However Peniel came to Our rescue with Stellar Customer service, promptly addressing Our dilemma. Peniel did an excellent cleanup job from start to finish. I want to give my personal Thank You to a young man named Jacob,and His workers who did a phenomenal job in assisting Us in Our time of need. Also a Thank You to a young man named Coleman, who began and finished the Project along with His polite and attentive Co-Workers.This Company is excellent,I give them a Five star rating, and would not hesitate call them again in a time of need. The PM was very quick to respond to my requests for information and was timely making a site visit to provide an estimate. On the day the crew arrived, they showed up on time, which is always a plus. they were all professional, and did a great job with the demo and cleanup. I would recommend them to anyone.
