Love me some Petco mates!! Have two pups and this is their favorite spot, to be honest my 2 year old son may enjoy it more than the dogs This location is great, extremely friendly staff, awesome selection, and they are doing an awesome job complying to covid safety. Highly recommended.

Not recommended. Brought my dog in for a third haircut for grooming and was told that he had to go to the vet to get cut and shaved. THEN took my dog to the vet and was told to go somewhere besides Petco because \he really isn't that bad\. The groomers clearly did not want to take the time for my 15 pound dog... 1 out of 5 stars.
Well, my sibling and my mother went here today and picked up a robo hamster, her name is Tater! We've been in here before for food and treats for our Chinese Dwarfs and our lizards, and even our birds. Great place overall.
I was worrying about returning something we had no experience buying and with the damages and malfunctioning item I got my refund back no hassles, no harassment, no complaints.... That's amazing customer service I was so mad about the product lol , that I couldn't even complain the lady was so damn nice and just took care of me ... I'm always coming back to buy my pet stuff here ... Thanks 5 stars , return policy
