Staff is absolutely rude, its 2021 and they have no option set up to send medical documentation securely. I gave multiple options to include uploading it to MyChart and the staff was not even knowledgeable, became rude due to their lack of intelligence and told me the only option was a fax or mailing the documents. Another prime example of medical offices soaking up 100% Tricare insurance and not taking care of their patients to the best of their ability. I am active duty military trying to register my son in the Exemptional Family Member Program and once again the only one who helped me was Patricia she was great. The rest of the staff are incompetent and unaware of current technology or taking care of their patients.

Our daughter has been a patient here for a year and a half and it’s always been a struggle. The care you get from the physician and nurses is excellent. The front office is run horrifically nine times out of 10 when you call this office they will not answer the phone if you leave a message they will not return it just had to come in because My wife and I called at 4 different times today to make a simple flu shot appointment for out daughter and nobody would answer the phone. I left work drove 20 min ea way to office to do in person and got to the office the door was locked with a number to call if you have an appointment . That not a big deal, but called number door and was put on hold immediately for over 8 min. No one ever came back phone and I am standing in from office door. Finally a nurse came out thinking we were a patient w scheduled appt, she let me in to sch appt for our daughter. The girl who came from window named Madison, smiled and snickered when I explained how disappointed I was that no one answer phone and I had to drive to office to make appt, she according to her admission, is the person who answers the phone and put me on hold and forgot about me, even when I was in front office. I asked to speak to an administrator she literally laughed and walked away and said she can’t help me left me inside the front lobby with door locked. Based on how Madison treated me, I will be putting my daughter in a different pediatric office maybe a larger one that actually has professional people run it.

my son started going to going to Dr Tilaks' office when he was four months old. Dr Tilak made my son feel comfortable about being at the doctor office instead of being scared. He would let my son listen to his heart before he listened to my sons heart, he was great....AND I DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING BAD SPOKEN ABOUT THIS OFFICE OR IT'S EMPLOYEES. OUR PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU AND GOD HAS YOUR BACK...
