Military Plus Property Management is an amazing company. They rescued us from an awful property management company and have been awesome. They charge less than our old company. Jo Anne is great and is always available and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. She made renting out our home stress free. She even helped hook us up with a great realtor when we ultimately came to the decision that we had to sell our house. I would recommend Military Plus Property Management to anyone.

The resources they provided were very helpful when moving in and the move out process was smooth and painless thanks to their simple instructions and guidance. Moving frequently can cause a lot of stress and unwanted expenses, but thankfully using Military Plus while we were in Stafford made our time there much more enjoyable. Thank you Jo Ann!

Military Plus Management Company has been wonderful to work with. I do not have to worry about my rental property. A tenant requested to end the lease only after a few months Jo Anne and her team took care of everything. She had another tenant set up within days. If you are looking for a top notch dependable company look no further!

This is a good company by reputation, my experience was different. Very nice people but I can not recommend for Property Management. Simply put my Property was not Managed. For 2 years the property was not checked up on. I had to move back in myself to fix it. Just to name a first points. A water pipe flooded the first floor (twice it happened). I was not notify for weeks. The level of inspection standards (if any) was next to none. My misunderstanding of the low standard what Jo Anne calls clean. Basic check list items (air filters not replaced, food spills in microwave not cleaned, ect) When I asked why the house was not cleaned when I moved back in the answer was "It just has to have the appearance of clean" The house was cleaned again after the tenant moved out and after inspection, because I had show with photos that it was not cleaned. The Outside was not touched for years. (was later fixed after I had to bring to their attention) Dog poop was left everywhere in the back yard. After the tenant moved out and after final inspection. (Have photos of the poop the day I started moving in) I called Jo Anne and she called the tenant to return to pick up the poop. Dust everywhere. (I have photos from days after the inspection and after move out) The carpets were soaked in dog urine that closed a bad smell in the house but passed final inspection. (Carpet were replaced) After 2 years of a disordered tenant that was not checked on has cost me a few thousand dollars to fix. Some basic maintenance at my request and some tenants doing. Again nice people but the quality standards are low. Military Plus has tried to make it right. They did fix the carpets and parts of the lawn. My Recommendation to them. Do more inspections and check up on the property. Notify the people that are paying you for a service.

I dealt with Jo Anne and her staff for the better part of a year as a renter. I was very happy with how she handled our account, and was responsive to calls for maintenance. It was very unfortunate that we were required to move from our home, as it flooded during the winter, but she was on top of things for the property and for my family. I would suggest her strongly as a source for finding your next rental home.

You will NOT find a lower rate on renting out your home, I promise. I searched for months and Military Plus has, by far, the lowest rates out there. Add that to their amazing customer service and great benefits with maintenance on the house (cheap maintenance if needed!!!) and you have the perfect rental management company. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else. Military Plus has everyone beat from Woodbridge all the way down to Fredericksburg. The company is very thorough and I would trust them to take care of my home more than I would my own family and friends. These people have years of experience and they know how to get it done.

Owner would call and talk with you about any concerns you had and made for a very personal experience that you rarely find with big property rental companies.
