The staff were great and worked well together to complete the orders as quickly as possible. The shop appeared clean and like they were doing all they could to keep everyone safe. The ice cream was, of course, delicious.

Creamy flavorful variety of ice cream. It is bit expensive compared to other places but tastes good. My favorite part of cold stone creamery is the way they mix ice cream and topping together. Unlike usual way not only first few spoons has our favorite topping but almost every spoon is blended well with the toppings

I've had many good times here, but this last time really takes the cake. I walked out. I normally order qn everything and they use two different containers and just charge for the one, I've done it at the covington store with my grandma and I've done it at this location. Today I was informed they shouldn't ever do that and its not okay. They have to charge for an ours and a mine instead. I have taken fame to this restaurant but now I'm have to find a different ice cream shop. I was so hungry for ice cream but I'm not gonna get double charged for something I've had before for cheaper. Very disappointing.

I like ice cream more than I should, and this location is too convenient to my workplace for my waistline. :) But the employees (especially Vanessa) are always friendly and helpful, the ice cream and cakes are delicious, and I appreciate that they are being diligent about safety for their customers!
