From the front desk to the frame selection, each employee I had contact with was polite if not downright cheerful. I especially liked the technician who first took me into the exam room. They had a good sense of humor.

I'm happy with Mill Creek Family Eye Care Center overall. Like most other businesses these days, they stack as many appointments in a day as they can. Since I work days, by the time I make it in for an afternoon appointment, they are behind, causing my appointment to be late every time I've been there. I chalk that up to the way businesses are now, hence the 4-star vs a 5-star review. I feel I get very good care. It's just always later than my scheduled appointment, without exception.

They are a full featured Optometry clinic. They also have newer diagnostic equipment. Overall, I am pleased with their professionalism and staff. They have had me use their Optomap tool, but the patient should beware that results from that are only fair and some insurances do not cover that. FYI, that is 130 per use. I was stunned by how much a simple eye exam now costs. Can you believe 450? I am a diabetic as well, so everything seems to cost 2x more than a regular patient and am not covered by traditional vision plans. I am default a medical billable patient which dramatically changes coverage. Time to go shopping for a more affordable Optometry clinic. FYI, the office will find ways to work with you and the insurance options with you. You only need talk with them.
