Jiffy Lube always takes great care of me and my car. Been coming here for years and have always had delightful service. Josh Ricky & Trevor were very helpful with getting my oil changed and my battery replaced. 10/10 would recommend

Came in 4th of July, most places nearby were closed. Showed up just like everyone else who had the same idea and didn't have to wait long at all. Andrew the new store manager got me through real quick and even changed my headlight since I had a spare on me. Even put on a real classic movie Never Ending Story.
As my first time coming into Jiffy Lube I didn’t know what to expect, since I am very particular on where I get my oil changes and other services done, I was pleasantly surprised. The manager there (Josh) was extremely helpful!! I’ve never experienced such great service at any auto place before! I will definitely be coming back to this Jiffy Lube for anything that i need in the future since i know that it will be done in good quality and to the best of their ability!
I get my oil change here routinely, I started noticing a small drip leak so I brought it in today. At no charge they replaced my oil filter gasket, and made everything right and perfect. The GM is all about customer service and treating you right. I highly appreciate their professionalism every time I’m there. I’ll continue to use them 100% in the future and have told quite a few people about them as well. Highly recommended.
Customer service was fine and I am sure the team there probably meant well but there are a couple of issues. 1. They turned my truck to four wheel drive high. There shouldn't have been a reason for this, but even so, if there was, you don't do it with the truck sitting still. You can damage the transmission. Further, the truck would make a loud whining and grinding noise since it was not every properly placed in 4 wheel drive. They really could have messed up my truck. 2. They said my trucks coolant was low with \lots of oil\ leaking and that I really needed to have it checked out. My coolant level is fine and the truck is not leaking oil. Check the photo. Anyway, go to the dealership. It's cheaper and you have better service. The manager seemed nice, but \Nate\ AGM needs to stay in his lane with service advice and not try to upsell.
