I have been to Indigo Mill Creek on a couple occasions now. I always have a wonderful experience with the amazing staff. Today my visit was a little bit different. The NP and nurse that cared for me were wonderful. The male at the front desk was a different story. He was short, rude and refused to inform me on anything. I asked him if I could wait in my car (because of COVID) or if I should wait inside for the duration of my 40 minute wait. He told me he'd be back to talk to me in 5 minutes and didn't come back until the room was ready... Normally I don't mind being left to my own devices...but, training in bedside manner is a real thing for a reason.

My best experience ever with any healthcare facility. I took my daughter for her cough and stuff was super nice and kids friendly. Even my four year old liked it and said she would go back;-) The waiting area is big and they provide complimentary coffee, juicy and snacks. Not only this, the worker there called two days later to ask if my daughter is feeling better. And one week later, a card was mailed to my home and says they would like to be our healthcare provider... WOW.

Went in last week to get blood work done. Came in originally for a health concern scare, Sara/Sarah (unsure of her spelling) and Darren were really helpful and calming in the whole process. I get pretty light-headed and sometimes sick when I have to get my blood drawn but throughout the treatment and blood work, they were both super knowledgeable and supportive! Thank you both for making a less than great day, be no so bad! 10/10 Recommend this office

The staff here are so great & helpful!!! I came in and was greeted right away by Sky who was so nice and made me feel so comfortable being there!! Sara was helping me while in the room, she was so awesome and compassionate, I felt like she really cared about my situation, which I so appreciate!!! She even went out of her way to make sure my insurance would be taken at a specific pharmacy and gave me a list of primary care physicians that take my insurance!! I was seen by Dr. Leo, who was so caring and helpful!! These three made my experience here so wonderful and I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need any urgent care!! 10/10 recommend! :)

Really neat place and nice employees only complaint really is that their rooms are right next to the waiting area and the doors are super thin so you can hear everything people are saying which in my opinion goes against doctor patient confidentiality so they could get in trouble if someone were to report them other than that they have a ton of free drinks and snacks and the doctor seems to know what he’s talking about and the visit was fast.
