I would not recommend using this office or it's services. If you're reading this review and wonder \should I use this online resource for my dermatological services\ the answer should be no. They do really good at collecting your money and drop the ball when it's time for follow up when their initial diagnosis does not solve your problems. After repeated contact through their portal to the doctor with no response, the telephone contact was not helpful as well. It's a simple request. Shouldn't be hard. Can I speak to my provider? No. I am doing you a favor by encouraging you to go elsewhere. There's many options. You should find one. I'm not being mean, I'm just trying to save you the frustration of paying for a service that doesn't solve your problem.

I cannot express just how satisfied I have been since becoming a North Sound Dermatology client. I previously used to commute to Kirkland for my skincare needs, and although it was a difficult decision to find someplace closer to home, I couldn't be any happier I chose NSD. There was a small hiccup with my first appointment, due to the restrictions that are in place b/c of COVID. The next morning Alex- who was exceptionally kind, friendly and professional- called to apologize. She also provided me with a credit and gifted me a wonderful skin care product- WOW! Jeanvieve has been incredible - not only is she sweet as pie, she is knowledgeable, passionate and efficient. My skin feels amazing after her services and is continuing to improve with her product recommendations. I could go on and on about how much I appreciate her! Jeanvieve really is a wonderful esthetician and ALL AROUND PERSON! I previously told myself I would never get botox ever again after having three bad experiences. A few friends and co workers highly recommended Pegi, so I booked an appt. BOY AM I SO GLAD I DID! I immediately fell in love with her incredible sense of humor-if you're in need of a good laugh and some killer botox Pegi is YOUR GAL! She is gentle, quick, and truly the best at her craft. She completely cleared my crows feet, forehead, and frow lines. She also gave me my very first lip flip and I couldn't be more satisfied! I guarantee you won't regret booking an appointment with NSD! \u003c3

Although this was just a trivial issue, I just have to share that this was the 3rd aesthetic dermatology office I went to remove some pesky facial hairs. I saw Nanci. She gave me friendly and professional care and so far with just 1 treatment the hairs are gone! So very pleased!

I think Pegi is my friend from a past life. She was funny, personable, and quick. She listened to what I wanted and just started punching away. I enjoyed myself the whole visit and had never meshed with a perfect stranger this way. The office was clean and classy. Five star service. I’ll be back.

I have had several issues requiring surgical removal of skin cancer. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. J at the Mill Creek facility. She has performed two of my surgeries and I consider her the very best! She is kind, efficient and immediately puts me at ease. She and the amazing staff at North Sound have gone to exceptional lengths to accommodate my schedule and helped me when time was an important issue. I will travel great distances to have their care.
