I had my engagement ring reset for my 25th anniversary at the jewelry source and it was an amazing process and the perfect ring. Todd talked to me about what I liked and wanted (a ring that does not catch on things) and we looked at existing styles. We decided to use an existing ring as a base but customize it for my stone and preferences. They made a CAD model which i got to review, and then a wax model with the ring it in to make sure the size and dimensions were perfect!! Only after making sure it was perfect did they make the ring- and it is exactly what I wanted!! Such a great idea to refresh my ring at a fraction of the cost of a new wedding set.

The Jewelry Source has the best customer service I've ever experienced! Barb was very warm and friendly and helped me with my jewelry repair within minutes. She also was kind enough to show me the 1930's antique jewelry that was displayed and upcoming estate jewelry. I cannot wait to visit again!

A few weeks ago, I came here to get my engagement rings resized; one ring even needed a few stones replaced. The level of professionalism exhibited here was amazing! Maria was super friendly, relatable, and knowledgeable about what I needed. I love that they are a family owned business and that they did all of the repairs there in stores!
