Had a massage by Amy. She did amazing, very relaxing. I told her I don’t like too much pressure in the beginning so she did a great job throughout. Recommend to everyone.
The massage was great! I asked for a female masseuse, she was nice and asked about pressure throughout my massage. I will return soon!

Lack hospitality professionalism. No instructions or questions about massage strength and what is ok to be touched. No concern on how client is feeling throughout massage. Had to suck it up and not look weak. If you know the type of massage you want, ask before it starts. Never got relaxed.

I went with my mom and boyfriend. It wasn’t a great massage. You can definitely find better massage places for better prices around Millbrae. We went for a 1 hour foot massage. My mom felt hers was inexperienced and awkward with his hands. I thought mine was mediocre... not great, not too bad. Just doing his routine. But you can definitely find better. The masseuse started the massage on my head and neck. Why did he apply EXCESSIVE amounts of lotion to my face and neck?! Buttering me up like a turkey. It was all over my hair too. The lotion was thick and unpleasant. My mom felt the same way. We didn’t have high expectations knowing beforehand that generally, asian foot massage parlors are usually no frills, simple places. Not all, but most. But this place didn’t have the right vibe. Felt like they hired a bunch of random people off the street.
TLDR This place is a total scam. They will not honor your Groupon value and lie and increase the actual cost of services once you mention Groupon. They say if you bought it from Groupon, you didn't buy from them; they're not getting any money so you can't use it there. I had a Groupon that expired (paid value NEVER expires, ONLY promotional value has an expiration date) and front desk woman agreed I could pay the difference of the service cost minus the paid value. (this was already a 10 minute explanation just to get to this point.) I was then taken to a massage room and about 10 minutes in ( while I'm laying face down, barely clothed, mid massage, door wide open) the same woman comes in and puts me on the phone with the manager. I explain to the manager that I wasn't expecting free services, I already said I would pay the difference. To which he was surprised and said okay that's fine. She comes back again 2 minutes later to tell me they could only continue if I pay more than double the agreed price telling me the value is with Groupon not with them, questioning me " did you buy it from Groupon or us?? If Groupon it means nothing, we do not get any money from them!" Huh? Excuse me? So apparently Groupon has a blind partnership with them?! Long story short, anything but relaxing and completely deceitful business practices. Oceanic Spa in Foster City has better prices in a better ambiance.
