First-class. Top-notch. Friendly. Conveniently-located pick-up/drop-off. Just a few of the thoughts that come to mind after renting a pontoon boat for 4-days (October 10-13). Pick-up was easy, the boat clean and comfortable (Bentley Pontoon with 240HP engine) with plenty of power for fast tube rides for the whole family and more than enough room to chill comfortably on the lake ALL DAY! My sister-in-law secured the rental and had nothing but exceptional things to say about the customer service she received. Do not hesitate to rent from them. We will on our next visit to the terrific Lake Sinclair.

I've tried to call them on a few occasions but I can't get through to them giving me different numbers to call at no avail. I've left messages but no one calls you back . If I was to rent something from them I'd be scared if something happened and I wouldn't be able to get in touch with them.

Beautiful Uniqueness

We visited this establishment on July 27, 2019. This was part of my birthday gift that my fiance gave to me. I going to be completely honest. My family and I had a nice time out on the lake. It was my son's and I first time ever riding on jet skis, but my fiance was a pro at it. We really enjoyed ourselves until we went to turn in both jet skis. Just a reminder, one of the jet skis didn't look up to par, my fiance drove that one and I got the nicer looking one. When we brought them in the one my fiance drove, a piece of the front had came apart. We believe that when we were going over some of the wakes that were coming towards us that we could not avoid, had done that to the jet ski. We were told that we were going to be charged at first 200 on top of the remaining balance of 39. But then we were told after my fiance got a little upset that we were going to be charged 100 then the guy knocked off 25 more dollars. All we are saying is that before renting out any water sport vehicles to do a thorough check yourself and take pictures before departing from the port. S.N.: We were also told that they were short-staffed that day because of the normal receptionist was out of town and some guy's that normally work there work part-time, the manager was across the lake at the other rental place and the guy that assisted us was the maintenance guy. I will actually say that he did the best that he could but next time I will say that whoever is in that spot need to make sure that they take pictures of their vehicles before letting the customers take the vehicles.
