My son had a problem with his saxophone. Place where we purchased was unavailable. I talked with Steve on the phone and he told me most if not all repairs are done in house and they could have it fixed in a few days. We made a mad dash there and spoke with them about the problem. They were very knowledgeable and found the problem in a few minutes. This was black Friday and they had it fixed the next. They gave my son some great advice and tips. It was very reasonable and the were very pleasent. Steve and I talked about some personal experiences having to do with music. I walked away a little more knowledgeable and a better understanding of how a Saxophone opperates. Very professional, and good people. Highly recommend
