This apartment has been amazing. The kids here are messy but that is the parents fault and not the apartment complex. I haven't had any problems out of management and the maintenance man, Theo, does an awesome job. He's very nice and professional. Anytime I have an issue, he fixes it right away. He goes above and beyond to keep this property clean. Usually I like to be home when maintenance comes by but I definitely trust Theo to enter when I'm not at home.

I've lived in this community for a year and I can say the best part was the maintenance man he was dedicated and genuinely concerned. Just found out \THEY\ let him go...I wholeheartedly agree with letting the manager go but he actually did his job...!!

The maintenance man Theo has been great here, you don’t ever catch him sitting around He is a hard worker, very polite and helpful.

Mr. Theo was a fine maintance man here sure don't want to see him leave. He is the one who after years of damp carpet in my mother hallway he's the one who found out the root cause, & got the issue fixed once & for all (not putting a band-aid on issue!!!

I want to see that deal with the maintenance man he was good any time you need him he lays there and do his work when things need to be done till was right on timeI think millertown need to try to keep the old because he is a good worker and he are hard work he trustworthy anytime you call him he dead on time when something needs to be did he come and do it right on time with no question and no answer he was right there when you need it when you ask him to do something he could come and do it he is a good maintenance man and I feel to believe he need to be right there at Middletown apartment because everybody Love Field the maintenance man it coming from Michael and Corrine we love to have filled the maintenance man yeah

The one thing I can say good about this apartment complex is Mr. Theo gets things taken care of when it's needed. Before me Theo came I had things broken that have probably been broken before I moved in. He is very respectful and nice and always working hard!
