Ned Smith Center has wonderful trails to walk while visiting. Also the exhibit inside is nice to see. Children would enjoy the trails some set up for kids to learn

Beautiful, quiet nature preserve with well marked trails that range from easy and flat to more intense, rugged trails. All trails are unpaved. Wiconisco Creek runs through the preserve and offers fishing opportunities also. Most of the land is open to public hunting, so during rifle seasons make sure to wear orange when exploring. There is also an art gallery in the building and an outdoor amphitheater that hosts a variety of shows (of which I've never attended as of yet).
