After having my 95 VW Cabrio restored I needed somewhere to have my Top Replaced. I was told of a lot of places up and down the East Coast, Only one place was talks about the most . Paymer & Phillips. Called on Monday to make an appointment , the top Gods must have been watching over me ,talked to{ Pete} said i needed a New Top he put{ Herb} on the line . Herb ask could i bring the car in the next day , if so I could have the car back by Friday , they did better than that , my car was ready Thursday ! My Cabrio was 300 Miles away ! That how far I went to have my Top Replaced. Thanks to everyone From the( Front to the Back}. Thank You Paymer & Phillips ! Herbert You get( Five Stars )from me . The reason why most people go here is because of a water leak. Needless to say, it never is good news, as there is a reason why you are taking your vehicle here. The professionalism and clear communication we recieved from Chris was outstanding. Yes, it was expensive, but it was the nature of the beast. The workmanship was excellent and they went above and beyond to ensure the leak was fixed. Due to their experience, they addressed and fixed a flaw in the design. Work was completed on time without issue. If you have a leaking sunroof or waterproof issue, I highly recommend Paymer and Phillips. They will explain every option.
Courteous, timely, and very neat. My car liner was restored to factory look. Thumbs up
The customer service is really bad here, especially the people who answer the phone. A simple question about the leather wrapped steering wheel can lead to an argument. Save your money and go elsewhere.
