I had a great experience making a purchase here. I am a first-timer and was quite pleased. I have been in other shops in the past and was left disappointed in the level of customer service I had experienced. Not at Worth-a-shot though. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient including the nice lady at the front door and the tech, Jordan, who walked me through the process and ultimately completed the purchase for me. Great experience.

The owner is fantastic and everyone who works there is friendly and knows what they're talking about. I saw some bad reviews but honestly it's probably because they're always so busy it's sometimes a very long line. If you can catch them when they're not swamped, the experience here is fantastic. Maybe check their class schedule and go when there isn't a class happening

Not really a good experience. Was shopping around for a 12 gauge and the place was completely packed. It’s not particularly well laid out for browsing their selection. While some of the staff was pretty friendly, a few of them looked at me like I was up to something and made me feel very unwelcome. I guess browsing your store is regarded as questionable behavior? Perhaps working on not having fight or flight body language at all times might be a good training emphasis for some employees... Ended up not purchasing a firearm here today, the entire experience pretty much from walking in was off-putting and creepy.

This shop is really clean and organized when you walk in. Plenty of parts and accessories to choose from. The staff shows their teamwork is small ways which is awesome to see everyone work together! The random number selection raffles are the best! Haven't won anything yet but what they offer is hard to miss the opportunity on at times.

Just finished my classroom training for my HQL certification. The staff is very professional and helpful. Classroom was clean and looked to have followed all state guidelines on protecting us from COVID. Staff went above and beyond to help me with the paperwork and the online process. I am confined to a wheelchair and not once was I considered a problem they treated me with respect as they did with everyone else in the classroom. I highly recommend Worth A Shot for any of your training or firearm needs. I highly would recommend anyone with a disability to give them a SHOT!!!!!
