Terrible administrative department/person. Cannot get any clarity on excessive expenses billed to me or even an answer as to where my year-end tax paperwork is. Took them 6 months just to update my mailing address.

Zero stars. Brian a sales caller-Extremely rude. Terrible Terrible Terrible. Sorry if you are reading this Brian. You asked for our president, who is very busy and has no time for sales calls, by the wrong name and you were very quick to be rude when I asked if I could help with anything. Please work on your customer service skills and you may gain clients. FYI, our connection was breaking up so I only caught the last bit of what you had said. No need to be rude when I ask to hear what you said again due to the breakup.

The rudest and most pushy cold call leads. I get a call at work and trying to be professional I tell them I am busy and if they would be willing to call back. I give them a time and day to call and they continue to try to pressure me into explaining what they do. What part about being busy did they not understand. I go on to say I have to go and they being rude say do you have 30 secs to make money and how I can show you how too make it in the real world. At this point of being fustrated I tell them I cannot and do not worry to call on the described time and date as I am not interested anymore. Their answer \ Well I guess that you do not want to make any money just stay and be average\ I do not normally take the time to post a review but when its this bad and they are that rude you wonder why they have no reviews... Clean up your act if you plan on calling people to invest in your company and then be rude when they are busy and do not have time to take your random call..

What is wrong with these guys? Do they really think insults, arguments and harassment attracts investors when you really are just trying to get sound financial information? They must be up to something.
