Thankful for a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from Silver State Imports. My wife and I were especially impressed with Justin who made the experience as comfortable, low-key, but helpful as possible. We had researched the specific vehicle ahead of time, and set up a time to test drive, which he sent us on for an hour alone. When we returned he answered questions and took care of some details (like one dead remote) to make sure we could make our own decision with the most accurate information. When we decided to move forward, we were in and out of the paperwork process in about 20 minutes. It would have gone quicker if we weren’t sharing pictures of our grandchild and his newborn along the way. Highly recommend Silver State Imports and Justin for a great used car shopping experience.

Justin was fast and professional. I test drove the 2011 Nissan Frontier Pro 4x. I was pleased with the features, mileage, state of the vehicle and the price. So I bought it. The truck was exactly what I wanted & Justin made the whole thing easy. I'll go see him again when I need another vehicle.

Honestly the best car lot I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My daughter was searching for a good all-wheel drive car. Living in the upstate we drove more cars than I could count over a few days. The cars the large dealer have are mostly horrible. It’s amazing how people live. After hours of research I noticed one thing special about Silver State Imports, the car history and the appearance of the cars were all fantastic. After a quick call to Justin I set up an appointment with him for Saturday. I had to see this for myself. Could this be real? I am here to tell you it’s 100% real. We had three cars in mind. All of them were clean and didn’t have the typical horrible smell of a used car. I the middle of driving 3 cars Justin and I agreed verbally on my trade in and we had a deal set before I even knew which car was coming home with us. Just can’t say enough about this place. Don’t go there looking to lowball them. This is the high end lot and you will get what you pay for. We will be customers for life. Thanks again!

I had a great experience shopping at Silver State - Asheville. I called Justin to ask a few questions about a vehicle, and he was more than helpful. He even sent a few extra pictures I requested. When I showed up the next day, the car was ready and waiting, and he gave me plenty of time to look it over, take it for a test drive, and answer any questions I had. Paperwork was quick and easy. I also appreciated the free CarFax they provide on the website. Would definitely recommend shopping here.
