My husband and I bought our first ATV from here yesterday. I spent hours on Saturday, 2/6/21 morning calling around to see if any ATV dealerships had ATV's to sell. Xtreme Machines was the only dealership that had one to purchase. It wasn't available for pick up because Xtreme Machines had ordered it but it was not yet delivered to their store. I was in communication with Nick (sales department) and he lead me through the purchase process quickly and smoothly. We purchased the equipment to also install a plow. Although we would have wanted the whole process to go more quickly (which I'm not sure was in Nick's control), he did a great job keeping us informed and pushing things to get done asap so we could have the ATV in our possession before the next big snow storm.

After searching all over for a can and renegade 1000r xxc which is hard to find currently. This was the only dealership that had one called and spoke to Kevin and was able to leave our deposit to hold the machine get everything figured out before we drove 6 hrs one way to buy the machine. Kevin in sales did an amazing job and went above and beyond for us in our purchase even though he was extremely busy on a Saturday. Also it was great that they allowed dogs since we traveled with our 2 young dogs and they were very welcoming and inviting of our fur babies and even went and got them a bowl of water while we waited for our paper work to be finished. Can’t thank you all enough!

I would not recommend doing business with Xtreme Machine. People that had bad experiences warned me not to take my ATV to them for repair and I'm sorry I did not listen. They had my ATV for 39 days and did not perform the work like promised. When I ask for my ATV to be released. After 39 days They refused and demanded I paid for the full cost of repair. When no work was performed. I had to call the police to get my ATV back. I also filed a Better Business Bureau complaint That can be read on there web site. ID No. 14768773

It was a good experience. I bought 2020 Goldwing and must say Steve in Sales and Mike in Service were a great help. What pleasant souls these guys are. They are so compassionate, professional and ever ready to help you. I would also say Ted in service knows the bikes in and out and explained in great detail the functions. He is a nice person. I will always go to Xtreme and look for Steve in Sales and Mike in service. These guys are gems.

I'm new into adventure riding and have been looking for a bike for the last 3 months. I started out wanting an Africa Twin then that changed and I wanted a BMW 1250 gsa. But the 2019 and later were all selling for over 20k. And then I decided to look at the Triumph Tiger 1200. The reviews on youtube were excellent. Some said the engine was much smoother than the BMW. So I started my search for Tiger 1200s. I live in Tampa and did searches on their websites and could not find the XCA. I did manage to find a good deal in New Orleans for 17,600. I called the dealership and they had lost the keys and had ordered new keys and ECU from Triumph. However, after waiting for 2 and a half weeks and the New Orleans dealership not being able to get the new keys, I start looking again. I found a new 2019 closeout at Xtreme Machines. So I called Nick at Xtreme and he hooked me up. It was actually cheaper than the other dealership. My financing was already in place so I flew to New Jersey. My airline ticket cost me 76, thank you very much Spirit Airlines. And I ubered to the dealership and purchased the bike. The uber was more than the plane ride, LOL. I ended up spending the first night in Millstone because it was 4pm when we finished and it was too late and too cold to leave. When I woke up the next morning, the bike wouldn't start. But Xtreme came out and picked me up and put a new battery in the bike as well as the FOB. If you every buy a closeout bike, have the dealership replace the battery. After that, the bike ran perfectly. I drove it from New Jersey to Tampa florida. It was so much fun! I love my new bike. Overall, the staff at Xtreme was very professional and there were no surprises other than the dead battery. Thank you Xtreme.
