I had my cat groomed here and he absolutely loved his experience! I had a kind young lady named Lee?? (not sure exactly but her name ended with an EE sound) groom my cat, Pish Pish. Very happy with my service and experience all around.

Giving 2 stars because they have adequate supplies that I needed for my fish tank, but I went in to get some new fishes to add to my tank only to find multiple dead fresh water fishes in their tanks. Not in one tank not in two, but in multiple tanks. A big turn off for a buying customer and makes wonder how well they are actually taking care of them. Also three employees walked right by us even looked, but yet did not ask if we needed any help or giving acknowledgement to looking customers.
I love the way they served me and the info on certain things in the store and also a pleasant attitude with the employees
It's ok. I mean no poopy bags stations, hand sanitizer empty. Need to put more attention on things.
I don't know what's going on here, but they need to teach their workers basic math, like maybe review counting. I ordered and paid for two items and received one. Now I have to drive all the back to the store because of their mistake. I just can't understand the complete incompetence that's going on at this store.
