I really like the selection of tools garden stuff and barbecue items. They literally have almost everything that you would need and it's much closer than some of the big box stores, to me at least. I wish that their online website was a little bit more accurate.

Needed a few new pairs of carhartt work jeans, north 40 being the easiest and closest location to access and parking I got oy motorcycle and drove here... So I go in make it in and past the door greeter who smiles as I walk past and make it half way between her and clothing she runs up and tells me I can't have my backpack in the store, cool I'll wait here at the door I need 2 pairs of carhartt brown work jeans in 38/32 you go grab them or you can provide me with a sale associate to go over and get them with me, cause the back pack isn't coming off... She said neither were an option, so I left and drover over to the carhartt store... 5 minutes in and out, no attitude, no complaint about my backpack bought 4 pairs of jeans for an even lesser price with company discount...
The people and the customer service in that store in Spokane is phenomenal. I usually go to Lowe's to buy hardware stuff I got no service no assistance took a chance went over to North 40 to see if you had the generator I was looking for and I did not catch the young man's name might have needed a haircut but that's just my opinion stopped what he was doing came over got me the right cart help me put the generator on there and then help me lift it and put it onto the back of my flatbed pickup excellent service Lowe's just lost a whole lot of service I will start buying everything at your store thank you for your customer service it's important to some of us and for your quality stuff that you carry see you soon
