Bad service. The tech doesn't know what to do. They drive the company van crazy on the street and almost hit my car when they arrive my house. The tech was smell "beer" and do not speaker English. Ask us for the "foods" on lunch. No idea! Do not hire them.

Avoid at all cost. This place is a rip off! 0-star if possible.They cancelled the appointment on the day of after assuring me that they would honor it! So I made an appointment for 10-2and missed a call at 9am. I called their central office at 9:40 and was told that they would honor their appointment. Then at 10:30am they called me back saying that the contractor is already out of the area and I have to reschedule. REALLY??? I put off a whole day's work just for you to cancel?? In addition, if not for the builder I would never use them. They are such a rip off! Compare their prices with Home Depot and their prices are outrageous! 10-20x more for window covering? My window covering from Home Depot works just as fine and they have better customer service! Their sales rep, Mary, is just a joke. She constantly lies to you how good her window covering/home decor is. The fact is, they are not worth it! In the end she told us that she's on commissions and doesn't have salary so please pay for something. I'm like, is she for real???
Agree with the previous reviewer. Avoid this place, they are a total rip-off.
