One of the worst CVS branches I have ever dealt with...the staff there don't even bother themselves to smile to their customers....they call and confirm prescription availability for pickup but this doesn't mean that you will find it ready or even available! One time they confirmed picking up within an hour from my call, my husband went the next day to pick it up, waited for half an hour with no hope and left with nothing! Then they called to say that they don't have the full prescription!
The reason why I rated four stars because for the Cashier employer he was very helpful he help me find the items I needed but this store doesnt even carry rice milk In this CVS location in quincy. the store was also clean. I will definitely recommend my family to shop here and I will come back to this cvs location.
Consistently 20-30 minutes wait if you try and call. We only stay with CVS because Samantha at the pharmacy is so helpful, BUT this store REALLY needs to hire more staff! There is always really long waits and hard to check to see if they have what we need and we worry there could be a mix up because their staff is so rushed and overworked.
