The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgable. They helped make the rock climbing experience a fun educational activity, in addition to being a safe, challenging and workout.
We had Cameron belaying for our kids and he was awesome! Friendly, talkative and just easy to be around. Great place to get teens off the electronics/phones and expend some energy! It is chilly inside so if you're just watching, bring warm layers:)
