I must have called them at least twice a day for the last week asking questions about dock pieces and installation and different parts. They are always very helpful, kind, and thoughtful in their interactions. They get work done quickly and well. They take pride in their work and they don’t get irritated by customer questions. We are so very pleased with all of their patience and quality work.

I have been using this company to work on my dock and lift for years they just do great work and their always so nice. Last Monday my lift cable broke I called them they came out the next day I live in Long Prairie MN so that 30 miles away. They fixed my boat lift and they even lowered it without me asking them ( the lake is the lowest I've ever seen ) I could just back out last evening with out having to rev my motor to get off the lift. Then they put my pontoon back on the lift. I would recommend these people to anyone! Bob Bearson

We had a serious storm recently that blew-up our boat lift and canopy. We called Carlson Dock and Barge. Chris came out that same morning with several good options. We purchased a PortaDock. Carlson Dock is the epitome of \Minnesota Friendly\. After buying a used dock and used hoist from them last fall, they did a Very timely and wonderful job of installation, adjustment and service follow thru (little tweaks that needed adjusted because I live 300 miles away from them and could not be present for them when they did everything). They always have a smile and, honestly, they were out the very day I would mention something if not the following day.....and this was in late April/early May (their VERY BUSIEST time). What outstanding customer service! And always with a smile. Very professional. I highly recommend Carlson's if you are remotely considering a new or used dock &/or hoist.
