If you enjoy foods that taste strongly of vinegar then you will love this place. The outlet store is a large shelf loaded with goods in the front office of the factory. Today I bought 12 (9)oz jars for 43 with tax. They have a wide variety of foods available and everyone is quite nice. I’ll be back.

I have tried several brands one was Cajun style. Upon opening the jar it was mush tried picking up a piece with a fork and it fell thru the fork fingers. Another brand came with \bone in\ jar was cloudy and the pork hocks were all bone and pork rind. Same with two other brands, cloudy all bone and fat with little meat. Bay View pork hocks is the Best. Plenty of meat with a nice balance of rind with it. Bay View is the best I have had in years. I ordered four half gallons and ate half of one the first day I received it. There was a company called Rogers that made a top quality product these are even better!
