Their bus driver of bus 1093 route 0359 parks their bus right out front of my apartment to have a smoke break in the mornings. There’s no kids here to pick up, it’s loud and frustrating for someone who works all night.

So I ride on a Durham bus and my bus driver is late EVERYDAY!! she has never been on time ever. So when I call to confirm that the bus has come to my stop they never answer I at least call twice a week because the never answer their phone and and all of the sub bus drivers are so disrespectful this is out of pocket Durham school services need to be shut down.
This company and its drivers really care about the children and have great protocol to insure your child's safety.
I don’t like the fact that the bus are always running late when we have snow the need to start leaving out earlier and the never answer the phone like why do you have a phone line if you don’t use it.
This bus company has got to be thee worst. We were extremely late to our field trip, knowing we were on a time limit the bus driver had the nerve to pull us over stop at her house and pick up about 5 grown boys to take on our field trip with us. Our staff couldn’t believe that’s why we pulled over. We thought she was picking up her son and 4 other big ok boys came out with him. Then we pulled off. Then she stopped again to come to our bus to curse the boys out for leaving her daughter. So we pulled off for second time. Still running late. one of our staff called the bus company to tell their manager she called over radio for bus driver to pull over n call in now were pulled over for 3rd time for about 15 min this time. Only for the supervisor to tell the bus driver to just go ahead with these 5 big ol boys like our buses wasn’t full enough as it was. SMH. NEVER SEEN NOTHING LIKE THIS
