We just completed the VIP route66 tour with eaglerider. Our guide was fantastic and knowledgeable. He bought the entire group together to s point that we will now be life long friends. The bikes were amazing, the hotels were great. The roads were unbelievable and the weather was fantastic. We were on the Sept 10 tour and it was the perfect time if year to do the ride. Again, our guide and our van driver went well beyond to make sure our tour was the best experience ever. They were multilingual which helped as we had people from Italy. Argentina, Canada, UK and Australia. I highly recommend Eagleriders for any tour as they go out of the way to give you service. Thanks team it was wonderful.

Will not be renting from them ever again. 1) Got to MKE HD and it took over 2 hours to get checked in. While there, there was an awkward feeling of animosity between EagleRider and Local Milwaukee HD Dealer while 2) Promised one thing by the rep in person but then charged differently AFTER returning the bike. 3) Overpriced for the value. I had a bike with over 12k miles on it that compared to the brand new bikes in our group. Throttle hesitation and misfire while riding over the weekend. 4) Promised we would get a group discount for having 4 bikes rented, then denied the discount because it was a “busy weekend”. 5) Called EagleRider to resolve situation, promised they would follow up, it’s been 7 days with no response or action. Disappointed overall.

Myself & my friend booked rental from eaglerider a week prior to the trip on for a Saturday. I am not currently living in Milwaukee but planned to fly down there for the trip. On Thursday their representative called me and informed that they are out of motorcycles at the location we booked but offered to help us with renting from another farther locations. We agreed. I flew into Milwaukee on Friday morning only to get another call from eaglerider that they wouldn't be able to honor the rentals as their truck broke down somewhere in Chicago. I requested for couple of hours to replan and in few hours I get a cancellation email! This has been a very disappointing experience as we were looking forward for this trip very eagerly. They should have at least had the courtesy to rebook us for another time at any of their locations US-wide or provide us a voucher to be used in a year or so. It costed me a flight ticket to make it to Milwaukee to rent this motorcycle and if they had informed me well in advance, I would have same some bucks there as well. Shocking that such establishments like HD can run with such a poor customer service!

Eaglerider has actually taken a small step backward by taking on Harley dealerships and more specifically Harley dealerships staff. Not a bad thing, just not as good as Eaglerider locations. Prices are higher when renting at dealerships as well.
