Not very helpful after the sale. Off my list of auctions. Was run much better years ago, must have made changes in leadership.

Unfortunately had my second poor experience with this auction. Shame on me for doing it again. Made an offer on OVE, then the someone called me with a counter offer. The Arbitration Mgr went to the lot, walked the car for me, and said other than a few scratches the car looked and ran well. It was indeed listed \AS IS\, however on the listing it also said \No prior paint\ which once the car arrived was totally not the case. The car is a mess, painted on nearly every panel. Drew did not mention ANY of it to me when he looked at the car, nor did he mention the 2 holes in the convertible top! Now they are hiding behind their \as is\ verbage, instead of recognizing the fact the car was literally misrepresented in the listing AND Drew purposely did NOT mention any of it to me. BUYER BEWARE, and do not trust what the reports say or what the Arbitration manager says.

Most of the vehicles sold is Junk with major problems. Arbitration department is a joke, and they always side with the Big-Name sellers
