I especially appreciated the fact that they were on schedule and very attentive to my needs once they arrived. The gentleman wore his mask and was kind enough to wear shoe coverings. He did the assessment in my home, and changed equipment as needed for problem areas. My carpet and rug look awesome and my home smells fresh and clean. I've had a serious asthma attack that lasted over 2 months just recently and I appreciated the fact that they used eco-friendly products. I would definitely call upon them again for my next cleaning, as well as recommend them to other customers. Sincerely, satisfied and happy customer!

Was told about 12 hours dry time, its been 28 hrs and almost every couch cushion is still wet(you don't want to sit on them level of wetness); we even moved and rotated them so all sides get air. Tech also moved couch and love seat, but didn't move them back to the original location, just left them where he moved them too. I mean the couches are clean, and the rug looks fantastic but service a little lacking

Chad is super easy to work with. He responds to communications and inquiries immediately. My carpet looks like new! I was a little skeptical about the stain protector at first as it smelled and felt oily. But it dried within a few hours with no oily residue. It’s nice to have a fresh, clean carpet again. When your floors look clean, your whole house looks clean!
