Called Howard Precision to request a quote on a MIC 6 plate for my 3d printer. Lynn from Howard Precision picked up the phone. She has great customer service skills and personality. She talked me though the specs and process to insure that the product would meet my needs. She then informed me of Howard Precision’s Random Rack option where I can search to see if they have an already cut piece that will meet my need for a cost savings. I highly recommend the company and Lynn for sales support.
Our first cut to order shipment of Mic 6 arrived today and it was everything and more that I had hoped for. The packaging was amazing and the metal was in pristine shape. I have dealt with a few other metal suppliers and never in over two years have we had a shipment come packaged this nicely. As a small home shop, it means the world to get a shipment in this great of shape. We know we are not a 10K a month account, but you would never know it by looking at the shipment we just got in. Now my metal is not something I need to worry about, no longer do I have to program jobs around scars or blemishes in the tool plate.
