Although Integrated Mailing couldn't take care of my small mailing need, Dan Carlo went out of his way to understand my business and its needs. He knew from the beginning that I would not be able to meet their minimum production order but still went out of his way to take time to understand my company's needs and recommend a different local service to help me. It's rare these days to find companies that truly care about helping people. Once our mailing needs increase, we will definitely be back in touch with them.

This is a horrible business and a horrible place to work. They practice shady business practices. I was hired in the Bindery department. I was told day one I would be operating one specific machine until i mastered it and would be placed on others. However within my first week working I was placed on every single machine in my department. With training consisting of being showed once and turned loose. My supervisor never took responsibility for instructing me incorrectly instead relaying to his superiors that I did not listen. I was never late, I never called in, and never missed a day and still i was fired 1 week before my three month probation period. A practice this company uses consistently with other workers. Higher management wouldn't even speak to you even if you were asking a question pertaining to the job. Blame is always placed on the workers when the machines malfunction even though the newest machine in my department had a manufacturing date in the EARLY 2000's. This is a horrible company. They hire people, work them to death and fire them for nothing always in the final weeks of their probation period to receive basically 3 months of free labor out of them. I was told to stop working mid way through the day because there was lack of work. Although it was plenty left to do. I was then instructed to call into the main office to see if a truck had come to deliver more work to know whether or not I should come in tomorrow. I was then sent home with a smile and a \See you tomorrow.\ But when I called i was then informed and i quote \You're Done\ The most unprofessional piece of crap place to work. I suggest no one apply here, they treat their workers like garbage and the conditions are unsafe. Every time it rained it would be baby waterfalls coming from the ceiling. Horrible place of business it deserves to be shut down.
