Dave LaBonte and his team were exceptional. Dave took on a very unique renovation and addition that other contractors weren’t able to wrap their heads around. He worked with us to bring our vision to life which exceeded our expectations. He was very honest about the challenges and cost to our project and managed a tight timeline very well. We lived in the house for part of the renovation and Dave’s team were on time, respectful of our space, and effectively communicated each step of the way.

When I bought my home and decided to gut it, the thought of going through that process was very intimidating! Dave LaBonte was the only contractor that I met with! From the moment we met to talk about the project I knew he was the best fit for me and my family to create a home that reflected us and our lifestyle. From the very beginning Dave listened to what I wanted, offered his opinions, and was upfront with what I should expect! He was always very honest, communicative, and helpful during the project! The subcontractors that he works with were also very respectful, communicative and punctual! Dave made sure the project stayed on course and on budget! He was always available when I had questions or wanted to make a change! It was really nice to know that I could trust the person I was working with and he was always looking out for my best interests! If I ever decide to do another project Dave will be my first call!
One word: AMAZING! From our first interview to the completion date, Dave LaBonte was nothing short of incredible. Dave is knowledgeable, hard working, communicative and honest. We did a whole house renovation and had to move out during the process, Dave and his team kept us informed every step of the way. They were respectful of the property, empathetic about how stressful the process is for homeowners and they were fun to deal with. Josh made the custom cabinets throughout the house...he's a real artist and craftsman. Everyone from plumbers, tile guys, electricians and window reps were great. From the beginning Dave and Josh understood our vision and made our dream a reality. And they finished ahead of schedule! ! would highly recommend!
Dave, along with his team, was so helpful from start to finish. We had many questions and they had solutions! During the project the crew always cleaned up; the team was professional, polite, and timely. This was a fairly large project for us and even with some of my requested changes/additions, they completed when expected. We LOVE our new space – wouldn’t change a thing – couldn’t be more grateful to LaBonte!
