Its not very big but there are some beautiful pictures. Some depict what they were fighting for, and they showed love and respect.

BEWARE, DAN BUTTERY, War Memorial Director gave me a tour (and others) with his mask hanging off his face and speaking loudly with visible spit exiting his mouth while facing everyone in the group he was giving a tour to, disgracefully, disrespectful and selfish. To add to it all a friend or staff member walked by during our tour without a mask speaking loudly and shouting at each other. If you want this to be your last tour ever of anything visit the War Memorial.

As a Veteran, this is an awesome place to visit and see a piece of the Twin Towers from 9-11.

I have been a DJ for 39 years now, and I’ve never been treated as badly as I was tonight at the War Memorial Hall in Milwaukee. I am a friend of the family doing the DJing as part of my gift to the family. The set up was fine, but as soon as “my family” started coming into the room, a woman in charge came up to me with an assistant at her side to tell me without any tact or manors that I was a vendor and needed to wear a mask. When I tried to explain that I had health problems when it came to air constraint, and that I was with the family (masks optional) she ignored me. I understand masks are important, but when I’m at a family gathering and made to feel like the hired help from the people in charge of the hall, I can’t except the ignorance. Do not have your event at the War Memorial in Milwaukee. Very rude people that will go on a power trip to ruin your day.

Great memorial. Amazing views. Great place to reflect on the sacrifices our soldiers, sailors, and Marines have made.
