Man, where do I start? This guy is a serious luthier. I was in a pinch for time coming up from Chicago and he was able to rewire the pickups, attach the neck, redrill tuner holes for new tuners and put together and set-up this bad boy - which plays amazing! He was just as excited about this guitar as I was. Thanks again! It plays like a dream!

TALK ABOUT A PRICE-GOUGE! He said he couldn't give me an estimate beforehand so of course I find out it took him less then an hour(30-40 min tops) and he charged me 500 ?! This guy ain't a doctor and the fret spacing wasn't even that accurate for this price. I went elsewhere since then and have found much better service done quicker for less. The up-charged price seems to be entirely made by the sole owner/luthier... silly extra waste of money.
This dude made a pass at me after overcharging me for work on my guitar. Like seriously?! He also mentioned he had a girlfriend when I first dropped off my guitar, what a creep. Plus I had to take my guitar to Guitar Center after to have it fixed properly after he “did things wrong” they said. They were right and it sounds great after they corrected his errors. Never going near this guy or his business again, wouldn’t touch either with a 20 ft pole.
Alex is a pro. If you have any guitar problems he will take care of you. His prices are reasonable and his work is done with a personal touch. He strives to make sure you're completely satisfied. He brought my father's 73 year old Gibson acoustic back from the brink. Now it plays and sounds better than anything you'll find in the store. You will not be disappointed.
Totally PROFESSIONAL!! This man is knowledgeable, and totally explains what he is going to do your instrument. Hands down the best at what he does.

I needed to repair my flute. I was close by the area and decided to drive by only to realize that it’s located in an apartment. I didn’t have access to the building, called the phone number listed but no response, I use the call system in the apartment to call the suite but no response. I was so disappointed. I feel they should include directions at the entrance on how to reach them
Was in town for a short time on tour and Alex got me in almost immediately, fixed an electrical issue inside my guitar and did a few adjustments quickly and for a fair price. Nice dude and good work.
