My computer got transferred here when the Shorewood location closed. It was a month out prior to them inheriting the job and they got the hard drive replaced and data recovered that week. They also gave me a discount on data recovery for my wait, even though it wasn't at all their fault. Luke and everyone were excellent communicating next steps and answering questions. The computer works like it's brand new. Highly recommended!

Out of nowhere my computer refused to turn on. It was highly recommended I go to Milwaukee PC. I called and spoke to Luke, who was VERY nice and took in later that day (Wednesday). I was DELIGHTED to learn the 40 dollar diagnostic fee would be used toward the repair if needed and was NOT just an extra fee like my auto repair shop. On Friday I spoke to Luke who said he would call Saturday morning. I received his call as promised and my computer was READY and all I owed was a measly 30.00. I was beyond thrilled! I can not recommend them enough!!! GREAT service and even better results!!!

Man let me tell you how Luke at Milwaukee PC helped out today. So I’m in quarantine because of the RONA and trying to work from home as much as I can. So I wake up this morning and try to trun on my laptop only to have it shut off after a few seconds. Luckily we bought two the the same laptops 10 years ago and Luke took a look at the one I’ve been using for 10 years and said man I think this one is a goner. Then he had a thought why don’t we swap the hard drives and wouldn’t you knew I was back in business!! He didn’t even charge me anything!!! I have work with the team at Milwaukee PC a few times and they have always been great from give me low cost options to even help teach my son’s about thermal paste and it’s use. Check them out for all of your PC/laptop needs!!

I travel weekly between Illinois and Wisconsin for work in one such trip I forgot the charger for my old HP-G7 Pavilion laptop. A quick search on Google maps came back with me Milwaukee PC as the repair shop closest to me. I called ahead, spoke with Luke told him about needs and he asked me to stop by with the machine to see if he had a matching charger. 20 minutes and 25 later I am all good to go. Great service from a small local shop, can't beat that when you are in a bind!
