Monica and Gladis of Team 9 did a beautiful job at my home. They are thorough and dependable. I will happily hire them to clean my home again. They are well worth the expense. I highly recommend Molly Maid and have had a positive experience with all of their teams. In addition, Maria and Enriqueta of Team #1 just cleaned our office. They do a consistently excellent job and are thorough. I appreciate their upbeat personalities and their willingness to address anything extra that I might ask them to do. They deserve an \A\ for both attitude and for performance!

I have used Molly Maid for the past couple Move in / move out cleanings for an apartment unit I rent out and they do an outstanding job every time! When they are finished, the unit feels and smells clean and the kitchen appliances look like they are brand new. The new tenants that move in are always pleased with the level of cleanliness as well. I would highly recommend and will continue using them for future apartment cleanings.

I’ve had the misfortune of deciding to use Molly Maids for bi-weekly cleaning of my apartment. After having two months, I terminated their services due to staff habitually breaking items and the poor quality of their cleans. Shortly after, I discovered a very expensive, sentimental piece of jewelry was missing. While the manager initially appeared to be very eager to resolve the issue, I was ultimately left with no recourse other than “too bad so sad”. The jewelry was given to me as a gift from my late grandmother and it’s a cherished memory that’s now gone forever. I do not recommend this cleaning service and will warn everyone I know not to use this service to avoid a similarly devastating loss to their personal belongings. I don’t believe all of the reviews on Google are given genuinely without incentive based on the quality of the cleaning I received while I employed Molly Maids. Just prior to terminating their services, I spent time re-cleaning counter tops and floors to find significant dust and dirt remained making me question whether they cleaned at the bare minimum to make it appear as though they had done their job.
