I took my laptop in for repairs after taking it to another shop. I was waited on promptly and the repair turned out to be a missing screw that held to power button in place. Repaired in less than three hours! Great experience and great people!

My computer flipped to tablet mode, not sure how. all my things worked on the computer, but not a configuration i wanted to use. I took it into the downtown Milwaukee PC expecting to have to have leave it behind, but the knowledgeable staff fixed it for me in 5 minutes and did not charge me for it. I have used Milwaukee PC over the years and i continue to be loyal because of this outstanding customer service.
