I was very disappointed when I made my appt for my dog I asked if they muzzle if they are anxious and they said yes. I got a call that they couldn't complete the grooming because my dog was biting this is there profession. What they did bath and nail clip was good

I brought my 9 year old border collie-Shepard mix (long thick hair) for the first time and im so glad i did. The staff was super friendly and professional and when I picked her up she was soft, clean, cut beautifully, and happy. And so was I. The other dogs I saw in there at drop off/ pick up also looked great. I would definitely recommend it and my Lily will be coming back every time she needs an awesome grooming experience
