This place is absolutely great! I was heading back to NYC and my mom noticed my shoes looked a little worn in, and mentioned the shoe shine place at the airport, and I tried them out ! So glad I did. My Frye boots look brand new and beautiful. The shoe shine was done with care and passion and I will be back whenever I come to the airport ! It's a great way to use time while you are waiting for the plane and to relax. Thanks !

Top notch, father and son, old fashioned shoe shine service in the main terminal of MKE (and a location in the Delta terminal too) for 8? Even for a fast shine that is a great price. My wife and I both had our boots cleaned / shined and they looked great for weeks. They even spent the extra time to recondition my wife’s boots as they were vintage and the leather was in rough shape. The guys in the chair before us also had nothing but great things to say about this service and they said they use them monthly when flying through MKE. 2 pairs for 16 (not including the tip) for weeks of winter protection on your nice boots or shoes seems well worth it. Make flying great again and enjoy this gem at the airport while waiting for your flight.

A rushed, uneven application of a conditioner that probably shouldn't have been put on a nubuck shoe (which was then described as "not leather"). When the customer asks if there's something you can do, the answer shouldn't be yes if doing it will ruin a shoe. The never say no attitude is great, but if saying yes if detrimental, it's a disservice to the customer. I think this place counts on travelers being on a plane before the shoe dries.
