Don't pay before you see your part!!!! I called to purchase a complete steering column and they said the part would be ready for pick by the end of the day. I went in at the end of the day. They told me the part was ready but lets get the payment out of the way. Then they bring out the upper half of the steering column. They don't know where the lower half is and they refuse to give me a refund. I am an ASE master certified technician and I promised a customer the car would be ready the following day. Don't ever rely on Roz auto salvage.

Took tires to them to install and broke off my lug nut upon install and was told it's fine I still got four more on there. Whether you use air or electric impacts you have to be careful when putting on as it's easy to over torque them. I was offered nothing for my inconvenience. Very disappointed.

Really good people. Called a day ahead and they saved rare BMW glass for my 1993 750iL. Sorry I stunk up the bathroom. It was worth the 90 minute drive. Anyone who can’t follow a place so simple I have three words for you... no pinche mames

Just saw the post by owner . A total lie. AJ Auto salvage has it for 65 dollars and I just purchased the part for 60 dollars ( NO TAX AND NO SHIPPING ) from American Auto Salvage 10.6 MILES FROM ROZ! SEE PHOTO FOR PROOF. Unbelievable!! To the consumer, this place will try to take advantage of you and feels no guilt for it. I called to price a passenger headlamp assembly for a 2004 Buick LeSabre limited. I had called 4 other salvage yards and was quoted between 55 and 65 dollars for this part. The man on the phone quoted me 100.00!!! He was unable to give a valid reason why he was quoting almost double the price of his competitors. Please utilize the idea between capitalism and a free market and choose another salvage yard to keep prices low and to prevent the consumer from being taken advantage of.
